      I’m responsible of the digital development and innovation within the HR Management department. My main focus are: - Corporate HRIS Manager: I manage all the activities connected to our Corporate HRIS, from the software selection to the daily configurations. Furthermore, I work closely with the IT department for the management of the integrations with the other Corporate platforms.- Business Intelligence and analysis within the HR Department related to the all the HR processes. Furthermore, I propose and encourage the development of analytical tools with the aim of connecting the Business with "Data Driven" dynamics. - Creation of applications and connected databases using in cloud tools. After that, I develop dynamic dashboards to focus the main insights through Tableau Software and Server, creating an end-to-end process that start with the design of the applications that are in charge of the HR department, to the analysis of the data that are submitted through the app themselves. - Promoting the adoption of new digital tools that enable innovative paths connected to the HR business. On top of that, I follow their implementation and ongoing phases to ensure constant updating, overseeing the correct use by the HRM team.- Overseeing the correct drafting of contracts, deadlines and payments related to the digital tools available in the HR department.
