      I led the Health Informatics Unit of UMB’s programs in Nigeria, where I oversaw the design and development of data management systems for 7 studies and four additional programs, including the CDC-funded SERS Program, where he implemented an SMS-based, mobile app and website platform “mSERS” that automates bi-directional data collection while enabling supervision and oversight of the entire reporting process in 3 states and 71 local governments for weekly surveillance reporting. Under the CDC-funded SHIELD program, I led the implementation of the Nigerian National Data Repository (NDR) which is aimed at patient-level reporting by health facilities providing HIV care and treatment services scaling up the number of reporting facilities, patient biometrics, and data analytic dashboards Show less
