  • Delivered REF 2021 for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and multiple units of assessment in the Faculty of Science & Engineering.• Nurtured and developed impact projects from their inception across the faculty, meeting with academics and providing tailored support to projects.• Contributed in devising and consistently deliver a training programme to hundreds of attendees throughout my time in post, both for external and internal audiences. Attendees range from senior academics to PhD students to external partners. • Devised, created and launched a new online training course that I co-created with an external eLearning company.
