  As part of a student project, I took on the responsibility of project management with the aim of improving the innovative performance of a regional SME, Made in Office GmbH.Key contributions:- Company engagement: Successfully recruited Made in Office GmbH, a local SME, with a focus on increasing the innovative capacity of the region.- IMP³rove concept implementation: Introduced and helped the company understand and complete the IMP³rove online questionnaire, a tool designed to assess innovation management performance.- Benchmark report analysis: Evaluated the detailed IMP³rove benchmark report and proposed improvement actions to A.T.
