About me

As a proven entrepreneur in Projects and Heavy Engineering manufacturing works, I have continuously evaluated ongoing manufacturing processes for improvements as well as cost reductions, firmly establishing myself as an industry expert dedicated to company-wide financial growth and volume expansion. I have demonstrated my leadership abilities through my various positions (Currently working as Director & Plant Head) directing 80+ employees and supervising 16k+ blue collar work-force over the years in a peak time. I have developed both short and long-term strategic business plans as well as goals and monitored operations to ensure achievement of milestones and importantly within budgets allotted. I am devoted to overall revenue and profit increase through using innovative ideas, adopting latest technology,  streamlining standardized procedures and cost effective solutions to daily workflow. My few achievements in 29+ years of rich experience are; - Safely delivered 2500+crores of valued fabrication supply orders (Types of work: Pressure Vessels, Head Exchangers, Static & Rotating Equipment’s, Modular & Plant Structural etc.) over the world in past 12 years of time. (Year 2010 Onwards) - Built 3x integrated steel plants each having capacity of 5.0mtpa, 2.2mtpa & 0.6mtpa at Hazira, Gujarat having overall hands on exp in the field of Engg, Proc, Const, Commissioning and Project Management (From year 1994 till 2010). Approx. cost of all projects executed are 35,000 crores. - Steel plants projects executed consists are 1) Blast Furnace, Corex & DRI plants route, 2) Steel Melting plants, Casting plants & Hot & Continues Strip Mills 3) Auxiliary units like Oxygen, Lime, Power, Utilities, Raw material handling systems etc. - Hands-on experience on Project t management cum ERP software’s like Primavera, SAP R/3, MS Projects, MS Access etc. Also got few awards & recognitions in said area effective implementation & learings - Reduced wastages in materials management drastically from 12% average to 5% in fabrications area - Increased revenue visibly in Projects & Manufacturing both area by linking billing/spent costs into client invoicing and personal monitoring & developing systems within organization In short, I am highly self-starter, multi-tasking, motivated and knowledgeable person. I am continuously pursuance & adherence of safety policies as well as enhancement of workflow procedures adopting latest technology into the floor as well as office to increase financial profitability
