  Prepared and facilitated multiple rapid improvement Kaizen events, as part of a team, that were designed to identify root causes and offer actionable solutions to reduce schedule span of the Nuclear Path with more than 40 organizations and multiple companies, including the US Navy. Created a process flow map in the Machine Shop to identify non-value-added activities and proposed future state that reduced the process by 148 steps, 27.6%, by implementing a paperless process. Compiled and interpreted weekly key performance indicators for Operations Management. Drove continuous improvement in multiple departments including Electrical, Machinists, Steel Trades, Pipe Trades, Painters, and Carpenters by updating the idea capture cards, that are provided to all workers in the shipyard, with educational information about Lean Manufacturing principles.
