  I was a Defence Language Institute trained German linguist and trained to be a voice signal interceptor, 98GLGMK5. I served in the 2nd Armored Cavalry in Nurnberg Germany and left the Army just a couple of months before the Berlin Wall came down. I carried a top secret security clearance.

  I worked for Highland Cellular at a time when cellular was new to rural america. I was in charge of sales and marketing for the souther reagion, an area covering 6 counties in West Virginia and Virginia. I was placed in charge of a newly launched ISP and handled all operational, marketing and management duties. InetOne grew to be the largest ISP in southern West Virginia.
