Collaborate with Director and other Assistant Director to ensure that CLC’s strategic goals and objectives are met.Engage employers, career centers, training programs, higher education institutions, and community partners in identifying unmet educational or training needs in the community and participating in collaborative planning to meet them. Execute onsite operational support for staff and students, while assessing areas of growth in daily operations.Collaborate with Technical Coordinator to assess and distribute technical equipment to CLC students for distance learning. Provide onsite and remote tech support to students during transition from in-person to remote learning.
