  My responsibilities include managing the borrower shortfall sale process from sale to settlement, ordering valuations and obtaining LMI approval through to instructing solicitors for settlement. Completing and lodging LMI claims for all shortfall matters. Preparing all write offs, liaise with borrowers to make and monitor payment arrangements for shortfalls.
