  I joined as a Temp, and ended up staying for a few years. We were given list's each day of different areas to call. We called companies and homes offering Water Coolers, we offered Trials and contracts. I was employed with Water for Work and ended up being quite successful within the company, and ended up travelling with the on road sales team, for face to face sales. My largest sale being a company in London, who ended up with a 500 cooler contract.

  Personal Advisor

  I started working at AXA PPP Healthcare on the 28th January 2008. My role was to be a phone's PA. However after a turn of events I became a processing PA. During my time I have become an expert in my field. I have helped on a number of changes. I make outbound calls to members and take incoming calls from my colleagues, I take pride in my role. I work on my intuition until I am asked to work on something else. I always work hard, you could say this is also a flaw as sometimes I strive for perfection that can't always be achieved. During my time at AXA I worked to achieve the highest Level, I also managed to do this in the shortest amount of time. When I came back from Maternity leave I was re-validated again within 4 weeks. I Help produce new letter's, and look at ways to make the process easier. I have often submitted new idea's, some of which have been implemented. I have a great eye for detail. Show less

  TAFFS - Ticehurst and Flimwell Friends of the School.

  I am the Chair of the School PTA Known as TAFFS - Ticehurst and Flimwell Friends of the School. This is a voluntary role I do along side my employment at AXA Health.In 2018 - The school had no way of fundraising or arranging fun events for the children. The School's Head teacher was arranging a fete after school on the last day of term. In my own time I contacted many local businesses and asked them if they would be willing to donate a prize to the school for a raffle, It was a massive hit.The school then decided that it would like a new PTA set up and in November 2018 I was put forward to become chair of the now new Charity TAFFS. This was a brand new PTA, We had a total of £200.00 given to us from takings the school had raised by the fete and £100.00 of this was for the insurance. Our first year was a massive success and we raised just shy of £5000. In January 2020 we registered with the Charity Commission and officially became a charity in March 2020.My role is everything and anything, I chair meetings, write agenda's, design posters, write and contact company's. I am in charge of the risk assessments and planning of events, arranging and sourcing products and donations that can be used for the charity in order to raise money. Each year I have to submit the year end to The Charity Commission, this means I have to coordinate the yearly events and figures, along with all risk assessments and any events that we hold. These documents have to be available at any time in case of audit. I am in charge of the correspondence sent to the parent's, updating our noticeboards - I also give speeches to prospective new parents, new enrolments and existing parents. I am so passionate about this role, and love it. However my son will soon be leaving the primary school so I will no longer be able to continue in this voluntary role. I have already started preparing my handover folder and look forward to supporting the new committee. Show less
