Designed interview and program observation protocols, conducted data collection, performed qualitative analyses, and authored final report. - Institutes for Education Sciences (IES) Comprehensive Literacy Program Evaluation — oversaw five year implementation and feasibility study on the federally funded literacy program. Managed three subcontractors, and tracked fiscal health of project and task completion.- NYC Department of Community and Youth Development (DYCD) — oversaw three multi-year technical assistance contracts for NYC OST educators in the areas of curriculum design, math integration, recruitment and retention. - Turnaround for Children (TFC) — managed collaborative re-design process for school based SEL strategies and tools.- SEL in Action — managed Illinois statewide community of practice dedicated to improving school and district implementation of SEL.
