Contributed to the Strategic Alliances function at NAB Asset Servicing, in which we put together partnerships with a range of 3rd parties, including delivering client capability into new geographies, and innovating cross-departmentally around data. We covered the total lifecycle of implementation, from strategy formation, contract negotiation, through to client engagement and pitch. Contributed to the Business Improvements function at NAB Asset Servicing, in which Six Sigma technquies were used to improve efficency and risk of various processes.

  Led the Growth function at Proquo, during which we pitched and won a contract with a global enterprise for the provision of digital marketplace services.   Worked with Banks and FinTechs across AUNZ, Asia, and the UK around underwriting on the basis of digital accounting data, while building out APIs which facilitate improved credit and customer outcomes. Developed customer segmentation tooling with machine learning (via bespoke evolutionary algorithms) in order to discriminate business credit risk on the basis of general ledger, behavioral, and banking data.
