  Built IM capacity for MAPA and developed a national database unit by conducting organizational and individual capacity need assessments and devising and successfully implemented a detailed work plan. Contributed to drafting the MAPA national strategic plan and extension request document with projections and indicators based on the available information. The established a new level of discipline for the data-flow and reporting process; by instituting a detailed reporting mechanism to ensure all operators are reporting in a timely and effective fashion. Reconciliation and clean-up of all historical datasets; extent of remaining contamination become known and different datasets were compiled and ready for IMSMA migration. Implementation of IMSMA NG; data migration was successful, IMSMA was customized and all new reports were processed in IMSMA including accidents and victims.
