      Duties/Responsibilities:1. Compensation/Benefits, Payroll, Regulatory Compliance, Grievance handling, People Management etc.2. Organize and manage factory audits (covering various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain and security aspects) as per buyers’ CoC & Local Law.3. Taking care of environmental issues.4. Ensure and implement buyers’ CoC and requirement of certification programs/standard like amfori BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 46001, OHSAS 18001, GOTS, OCS, ZDHC, ACCORD/ RSC etc.5. Liaison with BGMEA, Buyers and other Government & Non-Government stakeholders.6. Implement polices as per local law and code of conducts from different customers.7. Monitor & implement requirements for all regulatory and statutory bodies.8. Supervising employee relation issues especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per Local Law & organizational guideline.9. Maintaining healthy relation with interested parties/ stakeholders for better functionality of the organization.10. Ensure appropriate welfare activities with special reference to safety, health, hygiene factors, recreation etc., and11. Issues relevant (as situation demands) to HR, Admin, Regulatory Compliance and sustainability. Show less
