      Spent my first year bringing into operation two data centres in the Ardennes. It was an interesting year as the data centre was purchased by IBM unfinished. I found two major defects with the fit out. I have managed these defects to contractor appointment. Following my first year in IBM I received the IBM Belgium excellence award for 2017. I am now the data centre technical lead for the Ardennes. I also provide technical and operational assistance across EMEA.
