  In my role as a tutor in a special education school it was my job to continually assess individual pupils’ needs to effectively assist them in their day to day education, from both an academic and social perspective.   Following from my coaching post with The Hampshire FA (which became Southampton FC's Tier 1 regional talent centre):It was my job in this role to assist with the trial process, delivering sessions to adequately assess each trialist over the pre - season period. Once the season commenced I carried out normal coaching duties (planning & delivery) for a range of age groups (U9 - U16).I thoroughly enjoyed the player assessment process, engaging in both observational and logistical tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient scrutiny of the trialists was consistently met. To then coach in another elite environment with an excellent group of players was equally fantastic, especially before departing to Spain to continue my professional development. Show less
