  Direct a staff of four Supervisors, 23 Adjusters and one Administrative Assistant. We are responsible for handling first party property losses as assigned to the business unit. Our focus is creating a positive customer service experience. Other responsibilities include: performance management, coaching, training, employee retention and staff development. Directed staff of five trainers to manage the training needs of four offices across the Eastern United States with over 160 employees. Maintained a dotted line reporting relationship with those managers and the Zone Management staff to ensure needs were met in a timely and satisfactory manor. Training included new hires to the organization as well as training to develop tenured staff.
