  Assisted in opening the property in February 2004. Gained knowledge and experience starting in Guest Services, moving into a Professional role and ultimately becoming the PGA Head Professional in Golf Operations. Managed a staff in excess of 20 Guest Service Staff and 4 Assistant Professionals. Assisted in gaining 5 Star designation from Golf Digest for Best Places to Play. Recognized as the only course in Arizona with the designation and one of only 24 in North America. Designed and implemented multiple award winning GUYS and GALS player development program. The programs were featured in the July 2011 issue of Golf Business Magazine and numerous times in PGA Magazine. Certified PING and Titleist club fitter and grew equipment sales by $80,000 over 4 years. Grew 9 hole revenue by $30,000 and lesson revenue by $100,000 over 4 years.   Negotiated the sanctioning agreement with the LPGA to host the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic for a minimum 3 years at Thornberry Creek at Oneida. Responsible for executing the vision of the event and using innovative processes to make it the most desirable stop on the LPGA Tour. Oversee both Thornberry Creek at Oneida and the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic. Driving the vision to our team daily; executing all the time and impacting every guest. Creating an experience unlike any other on the LPGA Tour and using the platform to educate the world on the Oneida Nation, its people and its multiple brands with the assistance of IMG. Driving spectatorship through innovative platforms within the Tour event and securing partnerships within the market to ensure the success and longevity of the Thornberry Creek LPGA Classic.
