  My job as project manager is to manage the resources on Cabedge projects. That means designers, developers, budget, and, perhaps most importantly, clients. I act as the main point of contact for our clients, coordinating the communications between the key stakeholders and our creatives. I work to determine what the client wants out of their project, what the designers would like to implement, and find that happy place so the website created is one that everyone is proud of. I'm with the project from beginning to end. I help determine the project budget and timeline and manage both throughout the creation of the website, piece of software, or print piece. My key responsibilities include:- Direct graphic designers, content strategists, and programmers in web, software, and occasional print projects- Define project scope and project/product specifications through a project charter and allocate hours- Manage project hours, budget, and schedule- Manage client communications and expectations, reporting project progress to the client and client concerns to the team Show less
