  At Hilliard Davidson High School I have taught the following classes: Global Gourmet: I teach students about the study of foods from around the world and they learn how the global food market and cultural factors influence healthy lifestyle choices. Careers & Money Management: In this course I focus on teaching students to be a wise consumer and recognize how theircareer impacts money making decisions. Students also learn employ-ability skills, such as how to look for a job, fill out applications and successfully interview. Design: Fashion, Textiles, and Interiors:Students are taught the elements and principles of design, color theory, and merchandising in contemporary as well as traditional settings.
