  During the time at ARUP, I worked at the clinical lab at the University of Utah hospital. I performed many duties such as drawing blood, processing samples, troubleshooting and problem solving. I was also a shift lead over multiple phlebotomist and processors. The duties that went along with lead consisted of performance appraisals, discipline, scheduling, and working with doctors and nurses to ensure quality patient care.

This includes IRB set up, amendments and annual reviews; creating material/data transfer agreements with collaborators; attending consortium meetings; coordination of consent and data collection for Swog, NRG, and Alliance prevention trials.
