      Program Services is in charge of sound, lighting and A/V for concerts and other events around campus and the community. The Student Manager is in charge of hiring, training, scheduling, approval of hours for payroll, employee evaluations, and running department meetings. In addition, the Student Manager represents the team in interdepartmental meetings and aids in researching and purchasing equipment for the department. The Centers Services staff set up and tear down tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment in meeting rooms. They take out garbage, clean kitchens and bathrooms, and any other work as needed. As Team Lead I interview prospective new employees, train new employees, supervise team and communicate any problems to the Student Manager. Program Services is in charge of sound, lighting and A/V for concerts and other events around campus and the community.
