  Upon early graduation from Notre Dame, Grace joined the South Bend Community School Corporation as a substitute teacher to support K-12 students through the day-to-day teacher shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic. Classes taught ranged from kindergarten reading and math to Algebra I in middle school to Introductory and IB Biology in high schools.
