      As a senior member of the UK Implementation Leadership team, as Implementation Director I'm responsible for delivery of HR, Payroll and RealTime Implementations. Success includes meeting financial objectives through successful project realization in compliance with ADP methodology while also meeting NPS and associate engagement targets. The Implementation Director partners closely the other senior leaders in UK Implementation and with various teams and stakeholders including the UK Service and Sales team & Celergo regional leaders to develop and maintain common methodology to ensure continuity of these methods, processes and procedures throughout the world. The Implementation Director will work with the various teams ensuring the organization has the tools and resources to meet fiscal operating targets and partners with our BPI teams to drive the cost to implement down and improve quality of delivery. In addition to instituting and maintaining continuous improvement processes and compiling, evaluating and reporting on Implementation metrics this role also takes an active role in supporting Sales in growing the UK business. The Implementation Director has direct management responsibility for FC -- Payroll HR and Realtime team managers and supports staffing /hiring metrics, associate performance measurement. These accounts requires knowledge of UK, IOM, Channel Islands and ROI payroll leglisation. My day to day duties include the management of the Payroll specialists to ensure that all deadlines are met and that all processes are adhered too. Attending client meetings, Hold and present regular team meetings, hold monthly One to One Meetings on an individual basis with my team. Duties also include call management from clients, problem solving. I have full working knowledge of ADP products including Freedom. Partnership and HR.net combined with Freedom as well as Backcheck and Surepay. I was also nominated for CIPP Individual of the year 2013 for which i was the runner up. I have had varying sizes of payrolls within my team from 1 payee, all the way to 15,000 payees. My day to day duties include the management of the Payroll specialists to ensure that all deadlines are met and that all processes are adhered too. Attending client meetings, account managing of the small payrolls within my team, supporting the account managers of the larger accounts within my team, Hold and present regular team meetings, hold bi-monthly One to One Meetings on an individual basis with my team.
