  I supervised 60 teaching assistants each semester in learning concepts and teaching effectively. I supervised 8 teaching assistants in planning and setting up weekly quizzes and two exams each semester while collaborating with my supervisor to assess and implement course objectives fairly and effectively. I utilized cadavers and models to instruct 50-100 students in anatomy lab each semester. I attended weekly training meetings to review terms and develop effective teaching strategies and I graded weekly quizzes following supervisor standards.
