      MIddle School Principal/Administration

I worked with a great staff and community who advocated for our student's future to become career and college ready. During my tenure in the middle school we worked hard to establish the new GLE's and raised our MAP scores. We also adjusted our schedule from a ten block to a seven period day, and fine tuned our curriculum to meet the needs of our students. I also coached High School and MS Volleyball, and was cheer coach for a one year stint. Implementation of Cite Council (Parent Involvement Committee), PLC, PBiS, NWEA, RTI & PD team during my time at the Middle School. Show less

      Elementary Principal

I work with a wonderful community, staff and students on a daily basis. My career involves planning and implementing curriculum, schedules, and work within a collaborative PLC group. We are also a PBiS school where a positive spin is put on choices we make daily. My mission is to advocate for students in all possible aspects to make them a success, from Differentiation/RTI, to wellness, health and self esteem. In a small district such as ours you learn to wear many hats, among those I have been Federal Programs Director, 11 years, Curriculum Director, PLC Coach/Administrator, PBiS Coach, Wellness Committee Chair, CSIP Committee Chair, MSIP Committee Chair, NWEA Administrator, MAP Administrator, NEE Administrator, STAR Administrator, Crisis Prevention, Intervention and Restraint Training.
