  • Knowledge in Cementing operations, Laboratory tests and its calculation.• Carried out different types of Cement casing jobs including two stage cementing jobs and Top up jobs.• Learnt to pressure test BOPs, casing/ liners, lines and also the art of Leak off test and FIT.• The function of cement heads used in land, the function of wiper plugs and their role for a successful cement job.• Independently work out Cementing calculations and the various pressure Calculations.• Handled the cement bulk plant and transferred cement to the cementing unit during cement jobs.• Been a part of many mobilizations of the cementing and bulk equipment from different desert locations and well conversant with the spotting; rig up’s for different cementation jobs.• Worked with SPM TWS 600 and Western Roughrider. • Serviced treating iron and high pressure accessories. • Assisted in MPI tests / Pressure tests using Haskell pumps for treating iron and certifications.• Serviced pneumatic actuators.• Individually operate high pressure reciprocating plunger pumps, can service and maintain the fluid end/plunger packing.• Familiar with Data Acquisition System like Serva View, JDAS.• Familiar with Recording and Exporting of Job data from DAS and able to prepare the job log.• Calibrated the Pressure sensors and flow sensors.
