      I advise the 67th and and 688th Cyberspace Wings concerning intellectual property law, contract law, ethics, fiscal law, employment and personnel issues, and administrative law. I am the legal advisor for the Technology Transfer programs in the 67th and 688th Cyberspace Wings. In this regard, I draft, advise, and recognize issues in Cooperative Research and Development Agreements, Educational Partnership Agreements, Patent License Agreements, and Small Business Innovation Research Proposals originating in both Wings. Additionally, I serve as a resource and counselor for commanders regarding a broad variety of legal issues. I also serve as Ethics Counsel, providing ethics leadership to personnel through education and case-specific guidance, offering legal advice to ensure public confidence in the integrity of officials within the wings. I also author ethics opinions involving complex ethics issues. I manage the Office of Government Ethics 450 filer program, ensuring those service members who participate in decision-making relating to contracting decisions do so in an ethical manner. Show less
