Client base consisted 75% outbound C to B for AT&T, Chase, Discover Card and many other fortune 500 clients. Also extensive knowledge and growth with B to B outbound sales with a publicly traded telecommunication company. TQI book of business included 25% of inbound retention and customer care for AT&T. Responsible for complete start up of call center operations including technology, HR, management and agent staff, training, QA of over 14 facilities domestically. Oversee day to day performance and quality of call center operations with an internal staff of 15 account managers.
