      Situated in Newcastle upon Tyne Fawdon factory employs c700 employees with a cost of production of £110M. It manufactures a range of household Nestle confectionery brands including Rowntrees, Rolo, Toffee Crisp, Blue Riband and MatchmakersReporting to the Factory Manager as the Financial Business Partner within the Factory Leadership Team my responsibilities include. Working with the Leadership team to develop and deliver mid term strategy to deliver the Fawdon 20:20 change programme using CI/Six Sigma Principles and in keeping with Nestle Corporate Business Principles and leadership behaviours. Leading financial strategy and full responsibility of overall factory budgets and financial internal controls/audits. Leading and developing a Finance and SAP/Business Excellence team of 9 people to achieve all site Financial KPI's. Financial Reporting, forecasting and performance management, .
