  Achievements/Accomplishment:“Empowerment of PLHA” was an UNDP funded Project. During the project period I organized different type of meeting, workshop with Doctors, Nurses, Media People and Key stakeholders in Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong and Rajshahi area. To build the capacity of PLHIV some training was also organized for PLHIV like- Public Speaking training, Life skill training, positively living training etc. I maintained regular communication with PLHIV and other related persons as per need.   Achievements/Accomplishment: I worked in Ashar Alo Society as Project Coordinator which was a senior management position. I was responsible for two projects- “Promoting Rights of the Extreme Social Excluded People (PRESEP)” and “HIV Helpline” project. Due to my project need I developed a detail project implementation plan as per Project Proposal and budget. Established linkage and built network with related key stakeholders as well as members (PLHIV) of the organization. Developed and review module and manual for training on ‘HIV, Gender and Human Rights’, developed information bank for HIV helpline project. Developed organizational brochure, Newsletter, HIV Helpline promotional materials and advertise HIV Helpline in Electronic media and Daily Newspapers.   Project Manager

  Achievement/Accomplishment:I was responsible for the UPHCSDP project in the area of DNCC Mirpur and Pallabi since January 2013. This project is funded by Gov. of Bangladesh, ADB and SIDA. Under this project, I ensured primary health care to the community people- especially poor women and children through one delivery center, four primary health care centers and per day eight satellite sessions in the project area. Under my guidance, five pathological laboratories were functioned and provided ultra-sonogram service from delivery center. I attended lot of training and workshop related to the project which made me more knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. I established a monitoring system to ensure that all systems and plan are well-functioning e.g., management information, personal management, logistic management, documentation, all reporting and financial management etc. I have a good professional relation and communication with PIU, PMU, related Gov. and Non-Govt. agencies and stakeholders. I made the community people Involved with project activities through urban health care coordination committee and user forum committee and other community-based activities.   1. Project Management: I am managing five projects, and a 50 bedded hospital. The hospital name is “Hena Ahmed Hospital (HAH)” in Munshigonj, four projects name is “Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery project (UPHCSDP) in Dhaka, Cumilla & Rajshahi” and “Bangladesh Nutrition Activity (BNA) project” is implementing in Patuakhali district.2. Planning and Designing: In consult with technical staffs (doctors and nurses) senior officers, related Project Managers, and field level staffs prepare monthly, quarterly and annual implementation plan (operational and marketing) and budget for all of my project areas and hospital with specific target. 4. Monitoring project activities: I developed and introduced performance monitoring and quality assurance tools- checklist, forms and others.5. Evaluation: Under my guidance, Program and Financial Audit team conducts periodic audit in all project areas.6. Fund Management: I formed an internal financial audit team to monitor and to ensure fund management properly.7. Problem Solving: I am taking immediate initiative to solve any type of problems like conflict management initiatives in line with DAM HR and financial policies.8. Hiring/Recruitment of appropriate human resources: I have initiated and recruited UPHCSDP staffs, and taken capacity development initiatives like- need Assessment, Training, and ensuring right person in right place. 9. Providing Technical Support: I am supporting to hire skilled manpower, facilitate to develop training plan, strategic work plan, target set-up, advocacy and networking with development partners etc.10. Maintaining Proper Documentation: I ensure proper documentation (events, programs monthly, quarterly or need based reports, activities report and data) of all projects and Hospital. Show less
