  In this role, I directed operations for medical organization consisting of 850+ personnel across (3) company organizations. I planned 25+ medical missions to Iraq, Afghanistan, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Tanzania, Cameroon and the Republic of Georgia. I ensured mission teams of up to 400 personnel received equipment, supplies, information and support needed. I also directly supervised staff of (4) Senior Managers and (1) Officer.A few of my key achievements in this role include:• Acted as Corporate Knowledge Manager due to operational expertise and technical skills with Microsoft SharePoint and other information programs.• Served as Senior Controller for unit's Command Post of the Future (CPOF) - command and control system providing real-time visibility of personnel and equipment during operations.• Oversaw "reset" process for (5) subordinate units returning from overseas deployment; ensured units met 100% of equipment, supply, personnel and other requirements at or before scheduled deadlines.• Improved communication between departments through the deployment of classified and unclassified Microsoft SharePoint Portals; developed SharePoint Web Parts to provide customized functionality.
