  During my last university semester, I had the opportunity to work on the project Logistics Resources for the Development and Training in the Basic Standards of Competence and Evaluation, executed by the University of La Sabana, where the majority of the teaching population in the public institutions of the departments of Cesar and Sucre were trained in the new basic standards of competence and evaluation established by the MEN. The project consisted of the development of talks in 8-hour days where teachers and directors of public IE were trained. Show less

  After my master's degree, I took part in the internship program offered by the multinational Campbell Arnott ́s, in which I was one of the 2 selected among a total of 800 participants. As part of the manufacturing intern program, I had training in different areas going through logistics, raw materials reception, production, and storage. In the different rotations, I participated in the day-to-day activities of each area. Finally, during my rotation in production I participated in the implementation and tuning of one of the manufacturing lines, my functions consisted of taking time, generating reports of discarded material, reviewing the conveyor belt's RPM, and the study of working conditions for the operators in the production line.   Within the Popular University of Cesar and the International Trade program I had different functions:- As a teacher I have was in charge of different subjects such as Electronic Business (E-Business), Geopolitics, International Trade, and different levels of Business English. - As Coordinator of the English Area of the International Trade program, my responsibilities were to coordinate and execute the activities related to the regional projection of the program, as well as the improvement of the indicators of bilingualism, internationalization of the curriculum, indicators for renewal of qualified registration and conditions of possibilities of international mobility for students.- As part of the Self-Evaluation team of the program, I participated in the preparation of the master document and peer support of the Ministry of Education for the creation of the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration program, as well as in the activities of creation of the master document for the renewal of the qualified registration of the International Trade program.- As Coordinator of the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Program during 2021, I was in charge of administrative activities, student attention, and the coordination of the self-assessment team. I was also in charge of the project to create the gastronomy laboratory for the program in its first stage for which the infrastructure (equipment) and budget required were defined. Show less

  During the time I was with the University of Santander – UDES, I had within the Industrial Engineering Program the following activities in my charge: - As a teacher, he coordinated the subjects of International Business and Management Information Systems. - For a year I coordinated the internationalization area of the program and the self-evaluation team. From internationalization, work in the student mobility program, creation of agreements with other institutions, and management of indicators for the strengthening of the program at the regional level.- As part of the self-evaluation team and coordinator of this for 6 months I was in charge of responsibilities focused on the planning and execution of continuous quality improvement programs, control of administrative management, and control of indicators. - From the area of institutional strengthening of the UDES, I directed a project focused on the analysis of the competitiveness of the tourism sector of the city of Valledupar; which was developed in conjunction with the students of the subject of Management Information Systems. From the subject of International Business as a classroom project and as part of the program of creation of teaching support material in the area of institutional academic development I created a manual of exports and imports; that could be used by other teachers and students of the program in the study and assimilation of export and import processes for the creation of SMEs.
