Network packet broker taps provide access capabilities you need to leverage your monitoring tools across your entire network while streamlining the amount of data the tools need to process by filtering and redirecting traffic to the appropriate probes.Managing a telecom network requires ensuring the performance of the services going through the infrastructure can be tracked by providing a holistic view of the entire network at a glance. MTN requested for Netscout service assurance system to meet these requirements. This was to ensure that the performance indicators such as latency and packet could be monitored and performance base line established.Part of the implementation team, with remote support from Netscout team in South Africa. Developed the test use cases, post implementation, this solution helped MTN Nigeria block revenue leaks to the tune of 10Million dollars. Show less
