  Promoted to Global HRBP for Personal Care Brand Development Teams. The second part of my role was to lead on Cross Category HR Projects, with the focus on driving efficiencies of HR delivery across 4 Global Category’s (Personal Care, Home Care, Refreshments and Foods). Newly created role where I talent partnered the global R&D HR VP to develop and activate Talent Management Strategy across Global R&D Function. Replicate the model of best practice implemented across Marketing to R&D Function. Newly created role where I was responsible for developing and activating Talent Management Strategy for Global Marketing and Customer Development. Key interface with the Global HRBP Community to ensure talent development processes, policies, tools and frameworks were effectively and consistently launched and embedded.
