  Director of IT Operations

  Starting from July 2016 till now I am Director Of IT Operations Department at eService (EVO Payments group). I am responsible for whole IT operations including: monitoring team (24/7), applications administration teams (authorization, eCommerce), application development (third parties), DB administration teams (SQL, Oracle), infrastructure administration teams (Help Desk, Network, Telecommunication, OS, Virtualization), securing environments (NGFW, SIEM, IPS, IDS) and for hardware and software purchasing, capacity management etc. Furthermore I am responsible for preparation to PCI-DSS audits and project management in IT operations area. However the most important from all my duties is to keep high availability for critical systems to avoid any outages (99,99%).My team structure: 6 Team Leaders who report to me and 43 Employees who report to my Team Leaders.
