  We are a small digital agency and I am proud and glad that this puts me in a situation, where I get to be close to the customers all the way from research and starting up - through to wireframe, design, iterations, implementation and launch.My core skills are understanding and clarifying overall goals of a project (be it communicative, commercial or other) in close collaboration with costumers, users and colleagues, outline a structure, visualise flows and processes and design the actual looks - and follow through with implementation. Often - when money and time permits, I get to follow the product longterm and refine through data and various test learnings.I like being in the detective mode both in beginning and follow up phases, and I am keen to see data, meet users and get theirs and customers input. At the same time I am always humble to the fact that nothing can be perfect to start off with. Refinement needs a first product, and it is my job to get there.I manage project flows, facilitate, structure, wireframe, test, iterate, define visual guidelines, animate, illustrate and design.
