  31 years of experience in structural and bridge design/geotechnical engineering including designing, directing, coordinating, and administering the in-house structural design and geotechnical engineering work for the state of New Jersey. Supervised and provided guidance and direction to consultants and supporting team members in solving construction issues in emergency situations. Performed QA/QC reviews for major projects like Route 21SB viaduct, Pulaski Skyway and acted as Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on many other projects. Reviewed and developed project scope, schedule, quality, and budget for many assigned projects from scoping through construction. Assisted research unit monitoring various concrete deck overlay systems. Also, assisted in developing Standards for Bridge Paint Specifications and developed overload permit program. Developed a project monitoring system program to oversee the progress, budget and schedule for any design job. Pioneered in developing the original version of Bridge Deck Waterproofing Surface Course (BDWSC), Polyester Polymer Concrete Overlay and High Early Strength Concrete Specifications. Completed Certified Public Manager (CPM) Levels 1-6 strengthening managerial, analytical, communication and program planning skills. At present, I supervise staff of 30 structural engineers. I have also reviewed consultant’s technical engineering proposals, preliminary and final structural design plans, and have acted as a Structural engineering liaison with in-house design staff and consultants.
