      I have held Quality Management roles on four Major Projects (>$500 Mil) and provided oversight of the Quality Management programs on three medium projects.       Responsible for the development and execution of Inspection and Corrosion Management strategies, plans and programs at a three train (100,000 cmpd) Liquified Natural Gas (L~NG) processing facility. Key Accomplishments• Development and execution of a multi-year Inspection Services contract ( >USD 10M) for conventional inspection and Advanced Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) services. Led the onboarding and ongoing performance management of the resident and campaign Inspection Service Provider (ISP) teams.• Impletented an Inspection Technology Plan for the identification, assessment, field trial and deployment of Advanced NDE technology to assist in the identification of equipment damage challenged by conventional inspection techniques.• Led the development of new inspection strategies for the management of unique corrosion threats -Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI), Corrosion Under Pipe Supports (CUPS), and Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE) external corrosion.• Developed and operationalized an Anomaly Management process for the identification, assessment, prioritization and resolution of pressure system annomalies (~12K), manging interfaces with key stakeholders (Operations, Engineering and Maintenance) for the monitoring, repair, refurbishment or replacement of damaged static equipment.
