As well as work with legal to review, negotiate, and execute all contracts. Responsible for preparing, negotiating, analyzing, revising, and monitoring contracts that involve the sale of services. Work with project estimators, sales team, and operations department daily to acquire information needed to manage contract from inception to final payment. Communicate and interact with customers and operations to ensure projects are contract compliant and executed to specifications.
