  To coordinate the delivery and development of all Inclusive Sports programmes, including; Disability Sports, Volunteering, Secondary school provision, Alternative Provision and Premier League Kicks.To coordinate a team of staff working on the Inclusive Sports programmes including; Organisation of staffing rota's, Quality assurance, Performance reviews and appraisals, Workforce development and Managing project budgets.To evaluate Inclusive Sports programmes to ensure that targeted outcomes are being reached, including quarterly project reports to senior management, monitoring and impact reports to stakeholders on funded project and completing new funding stream applications.To work closely with community agencies such as; Local Schools, Shropshire Council, West Mercia Police - in particular the youth engagement team.To deliver on Inclusive Sports programmes, in particular the secondary school provision, providing students with mentoring and interventions to help change lifestyle behaviours and developing programmes to increase students experience within school. This has included developing an Alternative Provision.
