      CEO's Discretionary Award Halliburton Feb 2021 Honored with CEO's discretionary award for maintaining continuity of operations throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. This period posed multiple challenges such as disruption of supply chains, travel restrictions etc. which had made executing jobs a major challenge. However, after an initial small period of shut down, I managed to find ways around the restrictions to ensure continuity of supply of raw materials.
