  As portfolio director I have through 7½ years been responsible for the procurement of portfolios of claims (mainly written off claims). The procurements and transactions were mainly with Danish and German banks and savings banks, consumer credit companies as well as larger companies in the telco industry.My responsibility was general management of my department withup to 20 employees as well as all the processes involved in connection to the procurements: initial sales and contact, portfolio analysis, pricing, obtainment of mandate, offer letter formulations, negotiations, model- and contract development as well as the practical implementation (including quality sanity check) of the claims into the company system after contract signing.I was part of two structured sales processes leading to a successful sale and transfer of ownership of the company.   I'm part of the project Group working with international development projects around development of the electrical infrastructure between Denmark and our neighbour countries. As Commercial Manager I'm responsible for the commercial interests Energinet has in these projects. Key responsibility areas: Commercial issues in all kind of necessary agreements, strategy, negotiation, insurance, finansing, funding applications and administration, owner structure of assets, establishment of LoIs, construction and operational agreements etc.From 2015 to 2022 I was project manager on the great Viking Link project where my responsibility areas were many and varied: negotiation of cooperation agreements with our project partner, business case handling and regulatory dialogue, applications for EU funding, preparation for correct VAT and tax handling in the project, negotiation of operation agreements and IT development among others. רוצה לראות פחות
