  Served as main project-level liaison to customers, driving completion of both Nortel/GENBAND and customer deliverables. Led multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and technicians to deliver projects from receipt of order through engineering, manufacturing, installation, integration, testing, and customer acceptance. Delivered a succession of multimillion-dollar VoIP network deployment projects to Nortel’s and GENBAND’s carrier customers. Oversaw full scope of projects, including P&L and change control. Managed all team activities to ensure projects completed to customer satisfaction and project margin goals. Led seamless transition to Managed Services post divestiture of Nortel’s VoIP business unit to GENBAND.  Drove large ($1M+) VoIP call server deployments for Verizon FIOS rollout on east coast, west coast, and Texas. Managed large $1.5-2M VoIP (GENBAND C20) network transformation projects for GENBAND’s independent carrier customers, along with smaller ($500K+) VoIP platform deployments. Used enterprise-wide applications such as Oracle for financial and project progress reporting.   - Oversaw multi-discipline on-site and remote teams of Calix engineers, operations team, and contractors in site development and DSLAM equipment installation/testing.- Managed and delivered hundreds of projects as part of the Calix partnership with Century Link. - Deployed Calix DSLAM sites in support of the Connect America Fund—a federal program that subsidizes local telecom companies to provide internet service to rural customers.- Assumed full responsibility for change control, project P&L, revenue generation, and full-cycle management for multiple concurrent projects totaling $2.5M.- Remapped accountability and processes to measurably improve workflow across a 4-state area. After this successful course correction, tapped to make similar changes in Florida.- Served as main point of contact to Century Link in assigned markets, representing Calix in all status meetings.
