However, post-intervention, which included implementing strategies to enhance engagement such as regular communication channels, collaborative decision-making processes, and feedback mechanisms, stakeholder satisfaction levels increased to an average of 85%. Additionally, project deliverables saw a 20% decrease in delays, leading to a more efficient project timeline.
