  Before performing product manager role, I worked as project manager, coordinating teams located in five different countries, such as, China, France, Canada, India and Colombia. I was responsible to lead the strategy of supply chain with the aim to improve the contribution margin of the projects and represent the company in front of our customers. The lead time of projects were around 2 years and the value is around 6,0MUSD.   My career as a Project manager starts in 2011 leading projects of energy sector in turnkey solution model. The scope covered from engineering design up to assembly and commissioning of equipment.Below some project charcteristics: Consortium: Representing the company as a Leader or member of consortium team. Manage and coordinate teams at site: Projects from 30 up to 600 people. Experience in leading/coordinating international/multicultural teams.My last role at GE was Senior Project Manager in the Renewable Energy Sector, responsible to lead and coordinate the design integration for modernization of two large power plants in Brazil. I coordinate the design interface among multinational companies that integrates the consortium (EPC): Power China, Sepco1, Harbin, Weg and GE with CTG as customer. The modernization has a lead-time of 3 years execution with an investment approximately of 90MUSD for GE scope.At this role, was necessary coordinate presential and remotely teams from China and Brazil.From 2016 to 2018, I also work in GE as Product Manager, leading a global program with the aim: Standardize worldwide the design of the products. E.g.: Kaplan S Turbine. Standardize worldwide the industrial scheme of the product. Support Sales team to set the best product based on opportunities characteristics. Support bidding team reducing the process time to prepare offers.
