  Managed an assistant online program director, senior faculty, full time faculty and adjunct faculty as well as students in the Kitchen & Bath Associates' program and the Residential Planning Diploma program. Oversaw curriculum development in both programs, wrote courses and evaluated effectiveness in compliance with corporate standards, NKBA standards, CIDA standards and Middle States Accreditation requirements. Performed annual reviews for all senior and full time faculty and coached faculty to maximize their talents and interests to the benefit of the students and the program. Taught internship courses for the Kitchen & Bath program as well as the Interior Design program. Prior to becoming the Online Program Director in 2009, I was the Assistant Online Program Director (APOD) for Interior Design and Residential Planning for two years. During this time, I was responsible for student issues, course revisions and adjunct faculty evaluations. Additionally, I taught many Interior Design and Residential Planning courses and wrote revisions for several courses in the programs. Additional services include downsizing guidance and design for the new space, move management and professional organization services. Annual pro bono project for a deserving family with the goal of strengthening the core family values toward healthy, comfortable design using inexpensive and re-purposed materials whenever possible.
