      1996 - 1999: Maxon Communications, a company who manufacture and repaired ETACS and GSM mobile telephones. My job roles have been to repair ETACS and GSM mobile telephonesdown to component level and test and align to specification. Maintaining of PC’s and VME rack systems, installing and setting up of GSM debugging software.I was then promoted to GSM Service Supervisor, responsible for the smooth running of the department at all times and supervise Technicians within the department. I repaired and tested Maxon cellular products, conducted internal training courses, liaised with service administration regarding turnaround time, workload etc. I have been responsible for QA, providing Korea with monthly reports. Liaised with all necessary Maxon companies and department regarding technical issues, updates, new technology and training. Monitored workflow and implemented changes where necessary. I provided the training to the engineers on the DBTEL GSM products. Ordering spare parts. Assisting with our cellular faulty reporting help desk, speaking to customers who have faulty handsets. Arranged customer handset recoveries. Deputize my service supervisor when he is on leave. After being made redundant from Primus Telecommunications in December 2005, I have been carrying out some self employed work, repairing TVs, videos, DVDs, satellites and computers. Show less
