Personal trainer durations ranged from 1 month to 1.5 years. Trained at-risk individuals (CVD, hypertension, obesity, diabetes) in a 300 day exercise training plan. Exercise plans were designed specifically for each client.

  I manage a leadership focused, Christian faith-based community house of 20 male and female athletes, ROTC cadets and other Ohio University students. My responsibilities include financial management, house code of conduct enforcement, house operations coordinator, utility and maintenance adviser and house resident recruiter.
