  As a teacher for remedial teaching in the social center Stadtteiltreff Gonsenheim, Mainz, I was in charge of 4 groups of students twice a week for students of all ages and school types to support their special needs in all subjects to succeed and improve their school career. Besides our main task we provided a room for pedagogical and cultural learning with many events in the weekends and afternoon hours, e.g. a kid`s choir and orchestra.

  The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht is working with Salesforce to implement a new global customer data management (CRM) platform for our after-sales customer contact centers (CCC) - this new platform is called SIRIUS.
